Okay, First thing's first. I went back to college. You can blame my recent level of activity on that. I'll upload some stuff later, I gout a couple things I'm workin on.
Second, I've placed Cassie's comic officially on Hiatus. Not only do I hate the comic's title, but I need to do a lot of tweaking to her story. (The story's the hard part) That's not to say I won't be drawing her, I'm just saying that her full comic has been haulted for the moment.
Okay, now for some stuff about games. Just what I'm looking forward to in the next few months.
Halo ODST:
Yes, I do play Halo. I'm not a Halo nut or anything, but it's a great game to play with friends, and most people who have an x-box has this game. Just a fact. Anyway, I like the idea of Firefight. I love playing Hoard on Gears 2, so Firefight sounds pretty fun. I'm more for coop than vs. anyway. (For anything besides smash bros. that is.) I'm not kosure about the whole priced as a full game sort of deal. All I've gotta say, is that it had better be worth the price. It had better be pretty much a full game in and of itself. Anyway, I guess I'll know tomorrow.
Assassin's Creed II:
I want. When I first heard about it, I was kinda "meh" about it, but the more I see of gameplay, the more I wanna try. It looks alot more interactive than the first game, and the ability to swim, or rather, not DIE when I fall into a body of water makes the game much more believable. (Well, I can't swim, but an Assassin who can't seems like a stretch to me.)
Mass Effect II:
This is on my radar, but below the first two. Okay, lemme say this first, Mass Effect is a great game. I'm saving my original game for the sequel. However, Mass Effect's RPG shooter thing goin for it, I dunno. It hasn't aged well for me. Maybe I'm quick to grow tired of these things. Once I got past it, it seemed like another shooter with a bland control scheme/gun selection. Don't get me wrong, it's beautifully written, however playing solely for the story after what was my sixth playthrough just didn't do it for me. I'm expecting great things from Mass Effect II, however the other two have me a smidge more interested.
Bioshock II:
Okay, I might have already said, I'm not crazy about Bioshock multiplayer. And, that is the main reason it's at the lower portion of my list. I'm not gonna lie, it's the sole reason. It's not that I feel the others are gonna absolutely be better than Bioshock II, I'm just sayin I'm cautious. I'd rather have a game that does one thing very well, than be mediocre at both.
Muramasa:
I've been hearing some nice things about this, (I'm not even sure if it's been released yet) and I hear it's made by the same people who made Odin Sphere. Although I figure I'll check that out before this. However, c'mon Nintendo, gimme a reason to dust off my Wii. I hear good things about Madworld, but sometimes it just feels like violence for the sake of violence. "Oh, there are few violent games for the Wii, let's crank out an over the top one." I dunno, I might be biased. And I like the Tales series and all, (I really like ToV, although I feel the characters are wasted on that plot, and villain.) ToS2 just, I dunno. Doesn't seem right. I already finished ToS1, (Loved it I might add.) However I hear in this game you defeat monsters and add them to your party. No offense, but I never really thought Tales had the most colorful monsters. I always played them cause I like the characters. just me.
Anyway, I'm tired, no sleep, I just wanted to type a quick rant before I run off to class. See ya!
